Welcome to the Tanish Matchmaking Platform. The protection of your personal privacy, physical security, and digital autonomy is our highest operational priority. This Privacy Policy governs the comprehensive collection, secure storage, algorithmic processing, and cross-border transfer of personal data by Tanish LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This document is executed in strict accordance with the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (enacted February 5, 2026), the foundational principles of the Law on Personal Information, and all binding regulations promulgated by the State Agency for Personal Data Protection under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. State Registration and Institutional Compliance

Tanish operates as an officially registered holder (owner) of a personal data array within the Unified Identification System (UIS) of the Kyrgyz Republic. Our processing of personal data is limited strictly to the transparent purposes declared to the State Agency at the time of our corporate registration. We adhere absolutely to the core principles of data protection defined by the state: legality, purpose limitation, data minimization, maximum accuracy, strict storage limitation, and uncompromising digital integrity.

3. Comprehensive Categories of Information Collected

To facilitate authentic, secure, and highly curated matchmaking, we are required to collect information across the following specific operational categories:

• Authentication and Account Data: Verified phone numbers, secure email addresses, encrypted password hashes, and cryptographic authentication tokens utilized for session management.
• Biographical and Profile Data: Full legal name, date of birth, precise geographic location data, user-uploaded photographs, self-reported demographic identifiers, and all user-generated text responses to integrated Tanish psychological prompts.
• Technical and Usage Diagnostics: Protocol addresses (IP), precise device identifiers (including MAC addresses and hardware models), operating system versions, browser typologies, and highly granular usage patterns within the application, including swiping velocity, interaction duration, and profile engagement metrics.
• Biometric Security Data: To combat extortion and identity fraud, we may require optional facial geometry scans. This biometric data is utilized solely for the purpose of verifying that a user's uploaded profile photographs match their actual physical identity. Biometric data is never utilized for marketing or algorithmic matchmaking and is securely hashed.

4. Explicit Purpose of Data Processing

Data is collected solely for accurately pre-defined, stated, and legally permissible purposes, specifically encompassing:

• The continuous operation and refinement of our proprietary algorithmic matching system, which utilizes geolocation, stated preferences, and machine-learning-driven behavioral intelligence to curate potential matches.
• The processing of financial transactions, subscription renewals, and the mandated calculation and remittance of the 2% e-commerce tax to the state revenue authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
• The aggressive investigation, mitigation, and prevention of fraudulent behavior, targeted harassment, financial extortion, and abuse on the platform.

5. Affirmative Consent and Legal Processing Basis

By downloading, installing, and registering for the Tanish application, you provide your free, specific, unconditional, and conscious affirmative consent for the processing of your personal data. We strictly prohibit the unauthorized combining of personal data arrays collected for disparate purposes. Any automated information processing or decision-making that materially impacts your legal rights is subject to human review upon request.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfers and Cloud Infrastructure

To ensure maximum uptime, latency reduction, and data redundancy, Tanish utilizes enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure that may be located outside the physical sovereign borders of the Kyrgyz Republic. By utilizing our digital services, you explicitly consent to the cross-border transfer of your personal data to these server locations. Tanish legally guarantees that any foreign receiving party, data processor, or cloud host maintains an adequate level of data protection that strictly aligns with, or exceeds, the standards established by the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Strict Data Retention and Secure Destruction Protocols

Personal data shall not be stored on our servers longer than is strictly necessary for the operational purposes for which it was originally collected. User accounts that remain entirely inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months, or accounts that have been manually deleted by the user via the application interface, will trigger an automated secure destruction protocol. This protocol ensures the permanent, unrecoverable deletion of all associated personal data, including photographs and chat logs, within a maximum timeframe of fourteen (14) days, rendering the data permanently irretrievable.

8. Your Inalienable Rights as a Data Subject

Under the advanced digital and data protection laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, you possess the following inalienable rights regarding your digital footprint:

• Right of Total Access: You may request a comprehensive digital copy of all personal records, chat logs, and metadata currently held by Tanish.
• Right of Immediate Correction: You possess the right to demand the immediate updating, correction, or contextualization of any inaccurate, outdated, or misleading personal data.
• Right of Blocking and Total Deletion: You may request the immediate operational blocking or permanent cryptographic destruction of data that you believe was unlawfully obtained or is no longer necessary for the stated purpose.
• Right of Timely Statutory Response: We are legally bound to acknowledge, process, and completely fulfill any data-related inquiry or deletion request within a strict maximum of seven (7) calendar days from the date of your formal submission.
