1. Absolute Acceptance of Terms and Contractual Binding

By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing the Tanish application, website, or any associated digital infrastructure, you enter into a legally binding, irrevocable contract with Tanish LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). These comprehensive Terms of Service, operating in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, our Community Behavioral Guidelines, and all local statutory requirements of the Kyrgyz Republic, completely govern your use of the platform. If you do not agree to be bound by every clause within this document, you are expressly forbidden from utilizing the application and must immediately delete it from your device.

2. Strict Eligibility Requirements and Jurisdictional Warrants

The utilization of this platform requires an absolute minimum level of maturity and legal standing. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of chronological age to create an account on Tanish. By initiating the account creation process, you legally represent and formally warrant that:

• You are legally qualified, under the civil statutes of the Kyrgyz Republic, to enter into a binding, financial contract.
• You possess absolutely no prior criminal convictions, nor have you entered pleas of no contest, for any crimes involving physical violence, financial extortion, domestic abuse, or any form of sexual misconduct.
• You are not utilizing the platform to facilitate, plan, or execute any activities that violate the civil or criminal codes of the Kyrgyz Republic.
• You do not currently possess another active account on the platform, nor have you been previously banned or suspended by Tanish administrators for terms violations.

3. Critical Safety Warning and Regional Sociocultural Context

Tanish prioritizes the physical and digital safety of its user base above all operational metrics. However, users must be acutely aware of the severe sociocultural dynamics and unique threat vectors present within the region. Users are strongly advised to exercise extreme, continuous caution when sharing personal identifying information, specific employment details, or precise geographical locations with unmatched or unverified users.

Tanish assumes absolutely no liability for the real-world conduct of third parties. This explicitly includes unauthorized surveillance, entrapment, or extortion perpetrated by malicious private actors, organized criminal groups, or state law enforcement entities. Users operating outside traditional gender norms or seeking same-sex connections must be particularly vigilant against targeted harassment. Users are strongly encouraged to aggressively utilize our in-application reporting tools, emergency blocking features, and location-obfuscation settings to protect their physical and digital safety.

4. Explicitly Prohibited Behaviors and Platform Abuse

To maintain the integrity of the matchmaking ecosystem, you agree that you will strictly, without exception, refrain from:

• Misrepresenting your true identity, chronological age, or professional background. This includes the strict prohibition of utilizing photographs of individuals other than yourself, utilizing heavily AI-altered imagery, or engaging in any form of "catfishing."
• Utilizing the platform for any form of commercial solicitation, sex work, transactional "sugar dating," multi-level marketing, or human trafficking.
• Utilizing virtual items, premium subscriptions, or any in-application financial mechanics for the purposes of money laundering, financial crimes, or transferring capital outside the recognized, regulated banking systems of the Kyrgyz Republic.
• Deploying automated bots, data crawlers, scraping scripts, or unauthorized application programming interfaces (APIs) to index user profiles, extract photographs, or attempt to reverse engineer the proprietary Tanish matching algorithms.
• Harassing, bullying, extorting, threatening, or discriminating against any other user based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
• Submitting false, weaponized, or manifestly unfounded behavioral reports against other members in an attempt to manipulate the moderation system.

5. Comprehensive Content License and Intellectual Property Rights

You retain absolute ownership of the original content — including text, photographs, and prompt responses — that you upload to the Tanish platform. However, by uploading this content and utilizing the service, you automatically grant Tanish a worldwide, perpetual, highly transferable, sub-licensable, and royalty-free legal license. This license allows us to host, store, utilize, publicly display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute this content purely for the operational, marketing, and functional purposes of the application. Furthermore, Tanish holds an absolute, exclusive license to all derivative works; this specifically includes the user interface layouts and screenshots of the application that happen to feature your content. You authorize Tanish to act as your legal proxy in issuing DMCA takedown notices (or their local equivalent) against third parties who scrape or steal your images from our platform.

6. Premium Subscriptions, Virtual Items, and Mandatory Taxation

Tanish offers a variety of premium subscriptions and virtual items designed to enhance visibility and improve the matchmaking experience.

• Automated Renewal Protocol: All premium subscriptions are configured to automatically renew at the exact conclusion of their initial term. This renewal will occur at the identical price point and duration unless you explicitly, manually cancel the subscription via your internal account settings or through the subscription management portal of your respective mobile operating system provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) at least 24 hours prior to the renewal timestamp.
• Mandatory E-Commerce Taxation Compliance: In strict accordance with the national electronic commerce laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, all financial transactions processed within the jurisdiction are subject to a mandatory 2% e-commerce tax. This specific tax is automatically calculated at checkout and remitted directly by Tanish to the national revenue authorities.
• Virtual Interaction Items: The purchase of virtual interactions (e.g., algorithmic visibility "boosts" or priority message tokens) constitutes the purchase of a highly limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license. These virtual items possess absolutely no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including account termination.

7. Unilateral Account Termination and Suspension

Tanish reserves the absolute, unchallengeable right to suspend, shadow-ban, or permanently terminate your account and all associated access to the platform, without prior notice or liability. This unilateral action will be taken if we determine, at our sole and exclusive discretion, that you have violated any clause within these Terms of Service, breached the Community Guidelines, or engaged in any real-world or digital behavior that threatens the operational integrity of the platform or the physical safety of its user base. Upon termination, all virtual items and remaining subscription time are immediately forfeit without compensation.

8. Mandatory Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or your utilization of the platform shall be resolved exclusively through mandatory, binding arbitration. By accepting these terms, you explicitly waive your constitutional right to seek relief in a traditional court of law before a judge or jury, and you permanently waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or consolidated legal proceeding against the Company. These Terms shall be strictly governed by, and construed exclusively in accordance with, the laws and the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. In the highly unlikely event of an unavoidable legal conflict requiring formal judicial intervention outside of arbitration, the state courts located within the city of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, shall maintain absolute and exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Absolute Limitation of Corporate Liability

To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable regional law, Tanish LLC, its corporate officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Furthermore, the Company accepts no liability for any loss of digital data, loss of romantic or financial opportunities, severe emotional distress, physical injury resulting from offline meetings with platform users, or damage to personal reputation directly or indirectly related to your use of, or inability to use, the digital services provided. Your utilization of the matchmaking platform is executed entirely at your own personal risk.
